Triangle Mocha Moms
Triangle Mocha Moms is a support group for moms in the Raleigh Durham region raising children of color. The Durham, NC chapter was chartered in December 2002 and held its first information session in January 2003. In 2022, the organization reformed to include moms in the greater RDU area. As we continue to grow, we will be able to support and empower more moms and strengthen our voice in the community. The chapter is comprised of both mothers of color and mothers raising children of color who stay at home, work outside the home, or run home businesses in the Triangle and the surrounding areas.
If you are interested in joining our chapter, you can visit this site to become a member. You can also plan to visit during one of our activities to meet our members, ask questions, and determine whether or not we meet your needs. We invite you to be our guest at an event or activity. Prospective members are free to attend two activities before being asked to make a membership decision. Our members are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the chapter and how you can join.
